Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Todo (Compliance and Audit) here and after referred as “Todo”, a platform designed to connect service receivers with Professionals (Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Cost and Management Accountants and Lawyers). By registering and using the Todo app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

Definitions:

You – acting as a Service Receiver/Service Provider.

Company – The Company hereby referred to as Xidmet Texnologiya Private Limited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Todo app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using Todo on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind the organization to these terms.

2. User Registration

To use certain features of Todo, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Todo for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these terms. You will not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the app. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app.

4. Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or transmit through the app. We do not endorse any content posted by users and are not responsible for its accuracy or reliability.

5. Account Creation and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Todo app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of the app or its content is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your (Individual and Professional) account and access to Todo at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, a breach of these Terms. Further, The professional's access to the Todo app shall be automatically terminated in the event of non-payment on the due date as notified by the Todo app, if applicable, without the issuance of any prior notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Todo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. No Warranties

The Todo app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Privacy and Cookie Notice

The Company collects and processes the personal data of the visitors/ registered customers of the Todo app and the promotional offers may be sending by the Company on time-to-time basis unless the same is denied by them by informing to the Company.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and in case of any disputes, the Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable for any reason, then such provision shall be deemed to be restated so as to be enforceable to the maximum extent permissible under law, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Payment and Payment Gateway

You agree to pay all fees associated with the use of the App as specified in the app or on our website. The Company uses third-party payment gateways to process payments. The use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. The Company does not store any payment information. All payment data is processed securely by our third-party payment gateway providers.

15. No Refund Policy

All payments made for the use of the App are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is final, and no refunds will be provided for any reason.
